This data includes the customer’s full name, mobile phone number, email address, pick up location and drop off location We only request information we need to provide you with the service you have requested. We do not share your personal data with third parties, such as marketing purpose.

We may collect and process data relating to the customer’s journey. This data includes the passenger mobile phone number, the number of passengers, the flight number, the route of your journey as well as the time and date. We may share these data, to independent drivers in order to perform our obligations.

However, we may disclose your personal data to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or in the case of legal proceedings against us.

Protecting your information:

We use up to date system in order to protect your personal information from any malicious intent. However, we cannot guarantee the internet security.

Retaining and deleting personal data:

We will retain and delete your personal data and you will access and delete your personal data, accordingly with the Cyprus law (European Union law).

If you have any complaint in respect of the service provided by GK&S TRANSPORTATION & SERVICES LTD, you agree to first contact GK &S directly (by phone or email) to resolve it.

Any dispute or claim arising out shall be brought exclusively in the Cyprus courts. The terms are governed by the Cyprus legislation.
